Richard is passionate about the Internet and has been for over 12 years. He worked as Online Marketing Manager at leading motor group Hartwell Plc, driving quality traffic to the website and increasing conversions along with managing data mining, reporting and online marketing.

Richard moved on to photography specialist, The Jessops Group. In his Online Marketing role he managed the Affiliate Programme, increased traffic, market share and conversions resulting in triple figure growth during December 2005.

Jon is a programmer and has been an IT consultant since 2000. As a programmer he works in PHP, XML, XHTML, Javascript, SQL and CSS. He has also been involved with Linux administration, Network design and support, technical architecture design, and SEO work.

His projects have included web design, database design and the building of full ecommerce sites including building shopping carts. Clients have been from Financial Services, retail, marketing and ecommerce.

When he gets away from his PC, Jon likes extreme sports including climbing, mountain biking and kite flying.
